I had an upsetting and discriminatory experience at the Lululemon Bellevue Square location on 2024/12/24. I went to the store around 3:25 PM to process a return. While the customer ahead of me was able to complete her return quickly using a return barcode, my experience at register 6 with a white female educator (ID: 99994000188977) was entirely different.
Despite having my barcode ready, she refused to scan it at first and insisted on manually searching for my order in the system. When I questioned why she couldn’t use the barcode, she ignored me and continued searching. Even more shockingly, she demanded a government-issued ID, despite the barcode being sufficient for the return. After I repeatedly insisted that she scan the barcode, she finally did—and it worked instantly.
For additional items, she again refused to scan my barcode initially and kept questioning me about when I purchased the items. Only after further insistence did she reluctantly scan the barcode, which worked without issue. The entire return process took over 15 minutes and was conducted with an attitude of indifference and arrogance.
I felt humiliated and disrespected, especially when comparing how smoothly other customers’ returns were handled. This treatment seemed discriminatory, and I left the store feeling extremely disappointed in Lululemon's service.
I urge management to address this issue seriously and train their staff to treat all customers equally and respectfully.

Maybe you could steam $$$ clothes a bit more? Lulu has been going downhill, good that there are now plenty of activewear stores in the mall to checkout instead of coming here disappointed yet again to see more of the same see-through pilling-in-a-month muted shade of pink stuff

I visited this location about a month ago and received amazing service from a sales associate named Maddison! Maddison noticed that the pants had a manufacturing defect and helped process the return anyway and had a new pair sent to my house right there in store. The process only took a few minutes and Maddison was extremely friendly and helpful during the entire interaction. It was also a Saturday and probably the worst time to do this but he provided the best customer service possible during a very busy time.

I am a fan of lululemon but not of this of this store. I called the store to confirm an Item was in stock and was told it was and that I could pick it up after the 24 hour time window. I purchased it online and called the store back to confirm the order and confirm it was reserved for me for a delayed pick up. I was told everything was all set. Then I got an email saying my order had been canceled because the item was no longer in stock, meaning they sold my item to someone else after I purchased it. When I called to inquire they told me there was nothing they could do.

I wish I can give 0 star in google! I bought an item 9 days ago for full price and then I noticed it is on sale now. I went to the store for price match but a blonde woman told me they never do price match! And it was not available for exchange or return as it exceeded 7-day return window. But their online return policy is 30 day! Then what is the meaning of me to join membership? In their store the item is still on full sale! It is cheating customer! Such a cheap brand. They never respect customer and care about their reputation! The manager and the blonde woman were so mean to me for price match request!!! Never go to the Lululemon store in Bellevue Square friend! I will never buy full-price item from the brand. Maybe it will be just 10 dollars per item and they will refuse your price match request.

Incompetent female employee who told me over the phone an item was in stock after I asked her 3 times to make sure they really do I drove to this store from Lynnwood to find out they don’t have this item at the store. To make matters even worse a male employee tried to aggressively ask me if he can order the item I wanted online for me so they can get “ the credit” I’m sorry you suck and deserve no credit for telling customers you have an item at your store without really checking. I can order the 2l crossbody in black online by myself and don’t need their useless help! Not interested in returning to this location.

Unfortunately, I have to give a 0-star rating due to a disappointing customer service experience. The cashier seemed to lack customer service skills, communicating in a manner that felt dismissive and impatient. When I checked out, he did not apply the correct discount code, and when I pointed out the oversight, he responded that I needed to inform him of my membership first, then he applied the wrong discount percentage. When I questioned this, he processed the refund very hastily without offering an apology or any further explanation. Additionally, as I was leaving, I heard him making sounds that seemed to mock the situation. Overall, the interaction was not up to the standard I expected. They should have a name tag on. It’s the male cashier with dark skin tone.

Worst branch of the Lululemon brand. Funny part is: with the ‘no racism’ sign on both of the counters, the asian employees are the ones who are actually mean to asian customers with that subtle racism altitude while other non-asian employees are super friendly and professional. And it has happened more than once in this branch. The management here is a joke. Y’all need to have your employees start wearing name badges so that you will find out who were ruining your brand.

Super friendly staff. I like the layout of the shop, with the two sides and two check out areas with a fee registers at each for when it gets busy in there (which, at least when I was there, it definitely was packed!) The shop is nice and I already love the brand so it’s fun to visit in-store and get to try on the items and find a great selection of items in person! You can use the app to scan your membership pass if you are signed up. My reason for going was to exchange some items for a gift card/store credit — I’d never done this with lululemon before so I wasn’t sure how easy it would be but it was incredibly easy and quick and painless. The staff are SO helpful! I ended up exchanging the items and with my new gift card I of course had to shop around and found that this store location has a good deal more than some other store locations in the area I’d been to before, and it seemed like even the markdown item selection was larger too, which is always nice :)

Almost everytime we come in the customer service here is HORRIBLE ! I love the selection in this store but the employees need to fix their attitudes and be a little more helpful!! Also since when can my fiancé not buy me something with his military discount!? This is the only lululemon that gave us problems about that and we seem to find it extremely disrespectful!

This location deserves zero star. And one employee needs to be fired(one with green hoodie). The way this lady interacted with me as a customer was so rude that I was thinking was she actually trying to assist customers/ do her job or trying to look for troubles with customer. I don’t know how she can even get the job at the first place. The customer service here is just lowest of the low. Walked out and not coming back again. On the smaller size. Not much selection; sizes, colors. Generally go there and try on stuff to get size right and then order online. Some associates more helpful than others; if something is sold out in store some associates will take the initiative to check other stores or offer to order it in, some just say " Sorry, we're sold out" and you have to ask them to check other stores and then they give you the stink eye...

I walked into this store to place a hem order on Aug 11th around 5:15 pm. The lady who I had to deal with for placing the hem order - was extremely rude. Despite me responding in a calm & respectful manner she got aggressive & ruder throughout the experience. Throughout the whole time - it felt traumatizing. Many thoughts are crossing my mind - at that moment. Why should a person ever treat someone else with such a level of rudeness & disrespect. May be she was having a bad day? But, she was conversing cheerfully with people around her. After finishing the order, I took time to analyze the situation. I could then sense that this is that deep rooted racism in her enacting.
While the experience did let me down, I thought I should move on as I am done with placing the Hem order. There is just too much dirt in the world - to dust off & move on.
But, a thought did cross my mind. This is the very area that we live in! What if, in future, this happened to my wife, or my daughter. If I don’t condemn this situation, if I don’t confront this harsh reality - I would have left the door open for this to happen to my family in future. So, after giving it a bit of thought, I decided to ensure that this situation doesn’t repeat & that the person is treated for her illness. So, as the first step - I notified the store manager - Sarah about this & keeping a record of the incident here.

Love Lululemon clothing, shop with them several times a month, but the customer service quality at this store has really gone downhill under the new management. 06/19/23 after shopping for several items, I left the store to discover that some items were not demagnetized properly and were beeping while entering and exiting different stores. I did the right thing and brought them back (less than 30 minutes after the checkout), the cashier (did not care to remember his name), was extremely unprofessional, the way he used his words to ask for a receipt, was less than “great customer service” and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed, since customer behind me started to whisper. For the high end store like this “can I see your receipt” would be perfect, instead of demanding one and accusing customers of “possibly” having something in their bag that they didn’t pay for.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service provided is extremely poor. The employee at the cash register, who happens to be white, displayed rude and unfriendly behavior. I had a pair of lululemon shorts with a broken aglet, but she didn't bother to inspect the item and simply insisted that nothing could be done because I don't have the receipt. However, it's not common for people to keep their receipts. Furthermore, she claimed that the item was beyond repair and no replacements were available. Interestingly enough, she later discovered that the exact item was in stock when she checked the website. However, she swiftly closed the page without offering any response. Then, she mentioned that my shorts appeared old and since I didn't have a receipt, they refused to assist me once again. My main concern is not about getting my shorts replaced, but rather why the customer service team consistently behaves in such a manner, continuously providing excuses and lacking a consistent protocol for handling replacement items.

Not sure if some of them are racists. The employee in dressing room just ignored me when I tried to ask for help for changing size. The quality of the clothing is exceptional. The layout of the store works for customers to navigate their way around, and there is a pretty good selection. I wish the prices were a bit lower, but the quality makes them pretty justifiable.

This store is chaotic. The old layout was so much better and didn't have a discount bargain feel to it. Customer service was lacking as well. Wanted a different size in an item, the system said they had 3, she looked for a min on the rack then said, well I'd have to look through everything and in the back...... Like it was a hassle. For the other item that I needed a bigger size, she said a different store had 1 and that I could call to see. Like Jesus, what happened to helpful customer service??!!

Bellevue Lululemon not only has far better selection and variety but their customer service is always genuine, consistent and personable. I get treated the same whether I come in for a tee or a waterproof jacket. From entering -to- check out they are always satisfactory. I live 6 min from S Center mall but will drive to Bellevue because the service makes that much of difference.

To be honest, customer service is really bad. With the high price, you're essentially paying for the goods and the experience. Whether it's help, or concessions, or alterations, or refunds. If you know what you want to buy, and don't want anything else, this is the shop for you.

I want to give a special shout-out to Vivian who helped change my order from a pickup in store to a send sale order. She was quick to give me a call back to notify me that she had the item and after I initially told her I was scared it was going to sell out. She was amazing, so kind, and patient. Despite my card having issues. Over the phone you could tell she was a ray of sunshine she provided excellent customer service and she was able to track down an item I’ve been on the hunt for. Normally my in store experiences are lack luster but Vivian is amazing and deserves this review.

Customer service is horrible here. All white employees ignored me while the Asian employees were attentive and apologetic to my situation of being ignored. I stood in the dressing room trying to get one of the white employee’s attention for at least 10 minutes and they looked at me, turned around and helped four other people in the meanwhile. Even at the cash register the white employee who checked me out asked me if I wanted to purchase a bag - I said no very clearly to. She charges me for a bag anyways. It’s only ¢8, the principle is she didn’t listen. The other moral of the story is they all ignored me. South Center Westfield’s Lululemon never treated me this way, I’m assuming this is the norm for Bellevue. Don’t come here.

I have had excellent experiences here before, but had an order pickup that was totally wrong with sizing and two items. Mistakes happen but I asked whether this could be someone else’s order the response I received and attitude from the person I encountered on the phone was horrible and such a let down. I won’t come back. Only two stars because I love their products!

lululemon is an athletic wear chain store with clothes for both men and women. Its known for their leggings and tops for women, and although they are pretty pricey, worth every cent according to my wife. The quality of the garments is always great and they have a great return policy. This store specifically is usually pretty busy and has friendly staff inside, although sometimes they can "attack" you on the sales floor a little too often.

Bought a pair of pants and had to have the altered in store (they all come in 34 length standard). When I picked up alterations, not only were both pants legs too short but also uneven. When I asked how will they compensate my time (had to now make two additional trips to the mall), they said they can't. Very poos customer service.

I brought an outfit I received for Christmas to exchange and she made it about as unpleasant of an experience as she possibly could. I have no idea why she was upset but from the moment I had said two words she was so hostile.

Fairly helpful staff, chaotic store. They always seem overrun but the women's leggings are super disorganized and the inventory doesn't seem to be restocked frequently. They have a lot on back, it seems, so if you don't see your size/color/length, ask an Educator. It would also be great if they posted what each legging is best for

horrible service. I used to be able to return unwanted items I bought pretty easily, but now they started asking for “receipt and white tag” together (which means, you pretty much have to be extra careful when you get their items). When I pointedly out that this is a departure from what I was used to, they insisted that it was always the case. bad. Will not buy from this place again.

Ingrid Orth and I want to acknowledge the superb service and assistance given us by Jerry (or Gerry) in the Bellevue Lululemon. We were buying gifts for our granddaughter and Jerry did a tremendous job of searching for and finding for us 2 items from different places and arranging for the shipments. He was patient, pleasant and efficient throughout a fairly complicated purchase. We were impressed and are most grateful.

When going to a mall there are many options in terms of food or shopping. In my experience I have had the best experience with here with all my options. The staffing is friendly and is in a good spot of the area. Sometimes it is really busy so it’s hard to get anything done but you have to come at the just right time. I would recommend though if you are looking something like that.

The new and improved store exceeds my expectations. You can print PNW exclusive gear onto any outfit and they will detail it right then and there in the store. The store needed to expand, and that's just what they did. I'm obsessed with Lululemon, and this is the best store in this location, hands down.

Great legging for a very expensive price...and check out clerk is rude when I didn't want to give my name and phone number after shelling out a $100 for < $9 in materials and labor... She threw the bag at me and stomped off....

I am going to give them a solid five stars for their new location that just opened (much, much better/bigger - back at the second floor original location just around the corner from Starbucks). At the temporary location on the first floor, and the original location back when it was much smaller the last couple of years, I have never had anything but great service and attention, and I am a mid 30s dude, not a rich Bellevue mom shopping for yoga clothes every three days. Point is, even though I don’t buy a 7 outfit haul of Luon tights when I go in (more like A pair of shorts or a shirt and maybe some socks now and again), I’ve always been treated the same… As a valued customer. Thank God the rich Bellevue moms are picking up the slack so these guys stay open ;) If you haven’t yet been to the new and improved store, you’re in for a treat. On top of the amazing new space, they are definitely learning and growing as a company and putting out better products. My wife has about 10 times as many Lululemon thing that I do and she loves them all…And she’s a picky young lady. Keep it up!

I called to buy a product over the phone, and the associate informed me that it was their “holiday season” and that they couldn’t do sales over the phone. I told her okay and continued my hunt by calling other stores. I talked to the customer service rep over the phone, and they said what the associate told me was not true. Now I have to have the item shipped from another state if I succeed in finding it... if they were too busy (mentioned having a line out the door) they should have asked me to call back later, or just grabbed the jacket and put it on hold. But please don’t lie to me 🤷🏽♀️

I went it to get pants fixed and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it. The woman that helped me was rude and in a bad mood. I bought these pants recently and spent a good amount of money so I’d except that they would have been able to either fix it or replace it. Very disappointed

Everyone is always friendly. I searched online for a jacket in a new color in my size. When I got to the store there were none in my size! I asked an educator for help and she said they just got three delivered that day in my size and she retrieved one for me. I always appreciate the people at this location although I've never had a problem at Lululemon.

Staffs are rude, uninterested, not that friendly. I've been to many other lululemon stores but never felt this way.

This store always has a good selection of clothing and is well stocked in all colors and sizes. If you see something new on their website, chances are it'll be available here. The staff are friendly and attentive as well!

I decided to shop at this location because other reviewers pointed out that it is stocked better. On that note the term better is relative. They had an excellent selection of pants in a wide array of colors and sizes. I was helped by a very courteous and attentive staff member.
